Refund policy

Shared and developer hosting

Full refund within 30 days of your first purchase, no questions asked. Tell us it is not working out and we return the amount.

After 30 days, or on a renewal, we refund the unused whole months remaining on the term if you cancel early.

VPS servers

Full refund within 7 days of the first purchase of a new VPS. After that, unused whole months are refunded on early cancellation.

This does not apply to a VPS built to a custom specification at your request.

Dedicated servers

Not refundable once the machine has been provisioned, because it is allocated to you and taken off our available stock. If the hardware itself is faulty on delivery we replace it, and if we cannot, we refund in full.

Streaming servers

Full refund within 7 days of the first purchase. Event-based short-term bookings are refundable up to 72 hours before the event start date, after which we hold the capacity for you.

Domain names

Domains cannot be refunded. The moment a registration is submitted, the fee goes to the registry and does not come back, even if you registered the wrong spelling a minute later.

Please check the spelling carefully before you confirm. If you are unsure, ask us first.

Licences and add-ons

Third-party licences such as cPanel, WHMCS, LiteSpeed and control panel add-ons are not refundable once issued, because they are billed to us on issue.

Development projects

Each phase is paid before work on that phase begins. If you cancel mid-phase, we refund the part of that phase not yet delivered, and you keep everything delivered up to that point.

Completed and accepted phases are not refundable.

How to ask for a refund

Email sales@hostingmaa.com from the address on the account, with the invoice number and a line about what went wrong. We reply within two working days.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. GST already remitted is adjusted as the law allows.
