Hosting questions
Will you move my existing website across?
Yes, and we do not charge for it. Send us the cPanel login or a backup file from your current host. Most moves finish within a working day, and we keep the old site live until you confirm the new one is correct.
What is included in support?
Phone and WhatsApp between 9am and 9pm IST, and tickets round the clock. We answer in Telugu, Hindi or English. Server-down issues are treated as emergencies at any hour.
Do you take backups?
Daily off-server backups on every hosting plan, kept for seven days. VPS and dedicated customers can add longer retention. You can also pull your own backup from cPanel at any time.
I build sites for clients. How is developer hosting different?
Each of your clients gets their own separate cPanel account with their own login and their own quota, and you hold the master login over all of them. When a client leaves, you hand over that one account rather than untangling their site from four others.
