What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store your name, email address, phone number, business name if you gave one, and the message itself. We also store your IP address and browser string with that record, which helps us deal with spam.

When you buy a service we store the billing details required to raise a GST invoice, along with your service and payment history. Card details are handled by the payment gateway and never reach our servers.

Our web servers keep standard access logs for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to provide and bill for the service you asked for, to send renewal and security notices, and to meet our tax and legal obligations in India.

We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your details to anybody.

Who else sees it

Domain registrations require your details to be passed to the registry, as the registry rules demand. WHOIS privacy hides those details from public lookups where the registry permits it.

Payments are processed by our gateway partner. Invoices are shared with our accountant. Data centre partners hold the servers your data sits on. Each of these sees only what they need to do their part.

We disclose data to a government authority only where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years and then deleted. Billing records are kept for eight years because Indian tax law requires it. Server access logs are kept for a short period, usually under 90 days.

Hosting data is deleted 30 days after an account is cancelled or terminated.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to us and we will act within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from anything non-essential at any time. Service notices such as renewal reminders and security alerts continue while you have an active service, because you need them.

Cookies

This website sets a single session cookie so that forms work correctly and to protect them from cross-site abuse. It expires when you close your browser.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored hashed and never in readable form. Access to customer data inside our team is limited to the people who need it to do their job.

If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the relevant authority, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
