How quickly does a server get set up?
Shared and reseller accounts are ready within minutes of payment. VPS is usually live within four working hours. Dedicated servers depend on stock and normally take one to two working days.
Where are the servers located?
Indian data centres in Mumbai and Chennai for anything serving Indian visitors, which keeps latency low. Singapore and European locations are available if your audience is elsewhere.
What is included in support?
Phone and WhatsApp between 9am and 9pm IST, and tickets round the clock. We answer in Telugu, Hindi or English. Server-down issues are treated as emergencies at any hour.
Do you take backups?
Daily off-server backups on every hosting plan, kept for seven days. VPS and dedicated customers can add longer retention. You can also pull your own backup from cPanel at any time.
Can I sell hosting under my own brand?
That is what the reseller plans are for. Your customers see your company name on the control panel and your nameservers. We stay invisible.
